The National Home Performance Council is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that works with federal governmental agencies, utilities, state programs, contractors, and others to strengthen and advance the whole-home energy efficiency upgrade industry through standards development, stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, and research.
Collaboration is at the heart of what we do. We work with public and private sector stakeholders to provide cutting edge research and policy analysis to drive innovative concepts, policies and programs aimed at boosting the industry’s growth and profitability. We also work with stakeholders to develop and implement data standards and work to advance smart grid integration that bridge home performance programs and the private sector.
